building details: |
Inn. Early C18. Whitewashed brick with
brick string course band and dentil cornice. Hipped tile roof; C20 brick
stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. Central entrance has
C20 door. Ground floor partially built out on right. Mid C20 cross windows
with glazing bars; right hand window on first floor partially blocked in.
All openings have cambered brick arches. 3 dormers with mid C20 casements.
Left return side one-window range. C19 single-storey range added on right
return side. Interior: Open fireplace of lias. Ceiling beams. Mid/late C20
additions and alterations to rear, incorporating outbuildings. |
