Prince Of Wales

The Prince Of Wales was situated at 71 Hatch Lane, closing in late 2008. This Charringtons pub has now been demolished and replaced by the care home in the photo below.

I did drink in the Prince of Wales once in the early 1970's. My one memory of it is that it had a full size snooker table, the only time I have seen on in a pub.

Janice Kenny 1998 I was assistant manager for this short period and left to further my career in another public sector, the clientele at that time thought they controlled the pub with drugs and intimidation, I then progressed my career as a Prison Officer and the education the position I held at that public house certainly taught me a lot.
