The Lion Hotel was situated at 15 Broad Street. Built in 1840 but closed in 1851 and subsequently underwent various uses including being the Leominster depot for agricultural suppliers Alexander & Duncan, with wheat store in the ballroom upstairs. It is now multi-use retail at ground level with venue hire above and is owned by the Hinton family whose shop is next door.
