The
Royal Adelaide was situated on the corner of Adelaide Street and Battery
Street. This pub was present by 1873 and closed in the 1990s. It was named
after The Duke Of Clarence's wife, Amelia Adelaide Louisa Caroline. Now in
residential use, it was known as The Famous Firkin at time of closure. |
