My grandparents, Walter and Millicent Bacon ran this pub
around that time. I have seen a photo of myself around 5yrs old, sat on
one of the benches in the bar. There is also a photo of Walter,
Millicent and my parents Francis (Sandy)and Elsie stood behind the bar
in its hey day. |
