Melborn Hotel

The Melborn Hotel was situated at 104 White Abbey Road, and was previously known as the Melbourne Hotel. Closed in 2006, it is now used as an Asian clothes shop (see photo below).
 
My parents were the tenants in 1958 - 1960 I remember it well as a child. It was also a very strange pub with many unexplained happenings, so much so we moved away. However, an amazing building where I spent a couple of years of my childhood.

Shaz Williamson 1987-1994 Brilliant pub, went there a lot with Bradford Camra when brother Eamon ran it xx saw it again whilst up in Bradford with work, very sad xx
