The Prince Of Wales was situated at 244 Bowling Old Lane. Originally a row of cottages built in the 18th century, they were licensed as a public house c1792. The Prince of Wales became a Tetley pub in 1953. It closed and became derelict in 2012. An application to convert it to housing was approved in 2017.
