Mr Whatmough	1978/2005	I regularly travelled past this hostelry on the return journey from Cumbria. The name itself lent a fascination to me as I pondered 'who goes in that pub?' Myself and my father have had a drink there while passing through the area. It is a shame that it is no longer there.
