My nan owned the static caravan that was sited here.
Their names were Fred and Emily Silk. The pub was kept by Frank and
Doreen. |

My parents kept the pub until they retired
in 1974/75. We had many happy years there and hosted some of the
emerging Birmingham bands. Still have their cocktail sticks and place
mats. So many memories. |
