The Vine Inn was situated at 45 Bedwin Street. This pub was present by the late 17th century when the publican was William Vyner. Other publicans include: 1704, Benjamin Slade, 1789 Robert Howey, 1780 Joshua Gibbons, 1822 John Pottle, 1830 Benjamin Barnes. This pub has now been converted to residential use.
