The Golden Lion was situated on Regent Street. This pub closed c1988 and is now used as a branch of RBS Bank.

In 1958-59 my mother, Diana Young, was member no. 15 of the Leamington Film Club in its 13th season. The Club was held at the Golden Lion, Leamington Spa and put on 6 film shows. Subscription was 20 shillings.
