The Plough & Harrow was situated at 232-234
Moseley Street. This pub was originally called ‘Plough Inn’ before a name
change when pub was leased to Rushton’s Brewery of Birmingham (believed
1901). This brewery was taken over by Ansell’s Brewery in 1923 when it is
thought that this pub might have eventually closed. It became a refreshment
or ‘coffee room’ as described locally but in latter years it is used as a
cafe. |
