The Queens Head was situated on Steelhouse Lane. This pub is now used as a restaurant.
Now reopened as Jekyll & Hyde.

Now acquired by Davenports Brewery and is under going refurbishment and was due to reopen in Spring 2022 with a name change but no sign of opening yet.

Carl Hawkins 2009/2014 General Manager of the UKs first dedicated gin bar in 2009 specialising in craft ales and creative cocktails (sweetie jars, mini bathtub sharers), the decor was a nod to quirky Victoriana complete with Alice in Wonderland courtyard and upstairs gin parlour with 100 gins. The venues closed during the pandemic in 2020 being sold to Davenports in 2022 who have done a lovely refurb and evolution back to its original incarnation The Queens Head
