Name Dates Comments Barbara Delaney 1972 I was member of staff , I worked in the posh bar at the front where people from the hippodrome came in such as Lionel Blair and his dancers, Charlie williams, police five presenter and others. The back room would be where the locals drank who lived in the flats over the road, they were mainly Irish builders we had a good darts team. The outdoor was always busy on the weekend caskets of Davenports beer was very popular.
