The Silver Horseshoe was situated at 11 North Street. Previously known as The Three Horseshoes, this pub is now in use as a Pizza Express.

Thomas Coles	2000/2008	I was a customer and sometime staff member of this pub from when I was *ahem* about 17 until the pub closed in (I think) 2008.A proper boozer, colloquially referred to by the locals as "The Misfits" due to it's variety of clientele, however this only served to boost the feeling of camaraderie between the regulars. I for one shall always miss it.
