The Victory Inn was situated on King Street. This pub closed in 1974 and is now in residential use.

My father (Ian Wyndham Odde) was the last landlord of The Victory Inn in Arundel, West Sussex from 1967 to 1974 - after which it was converted into a private house. I remember rats in the outside gents loos and playing darts as a child in the afternoons when the pub was shut - 2pm to 6pm.
