A pub of two halves. As a Bentall regular, well known by
the bar staff in the "lounge", it was my great pleasure to celebrate my
eighteenth birthday there and buying my first legal drink! Later, I
frequented the "public" with department high ups one who, if you had the
temerity to "talk shop" would exclaim, "for Christ's sake close the
hangar doors", he had a RAFA flag on his desk, happy days. |
