The Ram was situated on Eastgate
Street. Demolished in 1971, it was described as
"a particularly valuable building, characterful grey regency front, with
good cornice, masking an older timber-framed house; now derelict (1970) the
animal figure must remain" . This was broken up when the building was
demolished. |
