The Field Inn was situated on Cannards Grave Road. This pub closed in the 1990s. The main public house was the building to the left of the above photo whilst the long offshot from middle to right, now converted to cottages, contained a skittle alley

Very surprised to hear this had closed, very popular when I lived in the area during the '70's.
