Honey Pot

The Honey Pot was situated at 8 Hollybush Row. This pub was previously called The Albion and known as The Adventurer at time of closure in 2015. An application has been made to demolish and replace by flats.

Review from tantallon.org.uk:
Pontus Lurcock writes:
It's all very lounge. Low lighting, low furniture, low music, and low attendance. I can't fathom why it's quite so empty, because it's very handy for the station and there's nothing wrong with it. The beer is the predictable Greene King stuff, though they do have 1.5 pint glasses (it's a Greene King thing; I think they'll all be at it soon). The staff are young and friendly and usually bored. At the back is a
long narrow garden filled with white gravel and white garden furniture. If you were, say, out with a group of close friends on a term-time Saturday night, and you just wanted to sit and drink and speak in peace, this would be a strong contender.
