Rising Sun fireplace, now in the hall

The Rising Sun was situated on Bath Street. Formerly known as the
Unicorn, it became a temperance hotel in 1894, however soon closed and was
demolished in 1900. The fireplace from this pub was rescued during
demolition and installed five years later in the hall of the Long Alley
Almshouses. |
