The Newcastle Arms was situated on North Sherwood Street. This pub was a John Smith's tied house.
I used to love this pub, spent many a happy/hectic New Years Eve there! I stayed there once on a girlfriends' 18th (or poss 21st), was a great pub, as was the Hole in the Wall opposite.
