The Lord Nelson was situated on Carlton Street. This pub closed c2010.

Has now re-opened after a £200,000 re-fit under control of the Pub People as The Six Barrel Drafthouse specialising in Draught beers, Craft ales, and Coffee. Internally, a re-created 'pub' interior as the previous club-style branding destroyed the old interior. It may still retain multi-level cave cellars.
