Name Dates Comments Derek Durrant 1976/1978 I was landlord here and have many happy memories of numerous customers who made our time there very pleasurable. My wife Claire & I were the instigators of the reopening of the Saloon Bar at the rear of the premises. The pub at this time was owned by St Georges Tavern's, part of the Watney's Brewery.
