Frog & Nightgown

The Frog & Nightgown was situated at 148-150 Old Kent Road. This pub was named after a fictional pub in the BBC radio show "Ray's a laugh". The star Ted Ray opened the new premises. A frog was a peg fastener on old nightgowns. It was demolished in 2013.
