The above photo shows my father working in his snack bar that he created for his customers. They had a restaurant on the first floor but often people wanted a quick snack. The picture shows him preparing food at his snack bar and on display the usual sausage rolls, sandwiches and behind him on a shelf a plate of jellied eels. My father had 2 other pubs in his life and got a reputation as Frank Harris snack bar king.
