The Lord Howick was situated on Warspite Road. It was later renamed Million O'Hare, and finally Clancy's before it closed in August 2015.

Ada Clow 1967 My mum was a barmaid there; it was very busy it had a little off license at the side.
Stephen Baker 1963-1969 The pub was run by my parents, Jack & Peg Baker. Jack sang at weekends and the pub was packed fri Sat Sun. Mum sold food during lunch times again very successful. They had a couple of singers Gerry& Cathy. A piano and drums, Lesley & Ron.
Cathy Coyle 1966-1970 I was the singer with Gerry Coyle and enjoyed many happy times at the Lord Howick with Peggy and Jack Best wishes to Stephen and all the family from Cathy
