The Red Bull was situated at 116 Peckham High Street. This pub is now in retail use.
After many years of closure and alternative uses, the Red Bull reopened as a bar in autumn 2019 and then became Barefoot Joe’s Bar in December 2020.

James Kiffin	1980s	I started drinking in there when I moved to Peckham in 1987 till I left in 1997.it was a pub for the local jamaican community. I was often the only white man in there on some nights & the locals treated me like one of their own & didn't object when I got off with some of their women [ I had brief affairs with three of them ] the dj would play reggae music every night & it had a great atmosphere & was packed on Saturday night.
