The Castle Tavern was situated at 147 Kentish Town Road. This pub closed in 2010 at which time it was known as the Flowerpot.
This pub is now used as the Bullet Bar.

This pub used to have a tiled mural in one of the entrances. The mural was of jousting knights. There was a caption underneath which read 'Beneath the castle walls the lists/names are set where Knighthood Chivalry and Beauty met'.
