The Victory was situated at 24 Murray Grove. This pub has now been demolished with a block of flats built on the site. It was known as Jack Beards at time of closure.

Name Dates Comments Rachel McCann 1982/1989 My grandparents George and Eileen McCann worked here for quite a few years when I was a baby, from 1982 or before until around 1989, they had a barman called Jim and many lovely regulars, their children who would of been 20s-30s were Linda, George and Ruth, i often think of the pub and my grandparents and the fun we had in there. Would love to connect with anyone who remembers them.
