Vic Andretti was the owner in the mid 70s and he was our
mentor. Our band was called 'Satisfaction', which consisted of Jim on
Bass, George on guitar and Kevin on drums. Dave M was the road manager
and i was a roadie. We used to live above the pub and work there to pay
for our keep. I was the DJ as I had a large collection of vinyl. The pub
manager was Mickey Llewellyn who was a guitarist and singer with
'Hustler'. |
