The New Pegasus was situated in Greens Lane, N16.
The pub is now a Turkish social club. It closed in the 1990s.
Chas n Dave owned the pub and it is where Johnny Rotten was stabbed. |

I played with a band there in the
70s called Lager and Lime with Norman Green and drummer Kenny Lambe and
Arthur Regis on Keyboards and Peter ? On bass. My old mucker Robbie
Furlong was also in the band at one time. The pub was ran that time by a
Jim Gavin. Great night's I remember having there. |
