The Monarch was situated at 68-70 Green Lanes.
This pub closed in 2015. |
|
In about 2015 it reopened as the
Winnicott, which was vaguely successful, but never as busy as the Leconfield
across the road. More recently it has been renamed the Beebopalula at the
Monarch. It kind of has an old rock n roll feel to it, which is not as bad
as it sounds. Generally pre-covid a lively pub with a very local clientele. |
