The Paget Arms was situated at 197 Middleton
Road.
This pub was present by 1872 and was
tied to the Courage Brewery. It was rebuilt in the Post-War years and in
1996 became a free house, taking the name Carey’s
3. The pub closed in 2005, was demolished by February 2009 and
subsequently replaced by
flats. |
