The Lord Clyde was situated at 62 Clapton Way (this section of the road has now  been renamed Muir Way). This pub was demolished c1969.

Lynne Reygate	1960s	I lived at 52 Clapton Way, we had a shop. My dad would often help out in the pub as both the landlady Mini and husband Frank were getting older. I used to lurk about with my friends hoping for a coke.
