Near an estate where many RAF families were quartered, some friends of
mine had their wedding reception there. Quite a long bar with a
reception room at the bottom if I remember correctly? Not too bad as
1960 estate pubs go but the beer wasn't the greatest, Home Ales served
with the half pint, automatic glass measuring vessel, on the top of the
tap. |
