Dolphin Inn

The Dolphin Inn was situated at 27 Eastgate, in what is now part of the Cathedral grounds. This pub was present by 1827, closed in 1890 and demolished in 1892 by the owner Alfred Shuttleworth, as it spoilt his view of the cathedral from his house. Also known as The Two Dolphins.
