My great great grandmother Alice Anderson was
running the Cross Keys Keys in Huttoft 1871. She took the pub over from
her husband Joseph Anderson who was shown at the same address in 1861 as a
innkeeper and farmer but the inn was not named. By 1891 her son Samuel was
running the pub.
