The Waterfront was situated on Navigation Way, near the docks. This was a fairly new pub which was built in the early 1990s and closed suddenly in the middle of 2009.

This pub is now used as a bar/restaurant called Baffitos.

Plans were lodged in 2020 to convert the former pub into a waterside nursing home, following the closure of Baffito’s Restaurant in 2019 after the owners pulled out due to anti-social behaviour. On 30th November 2020, the former pub caught fire and was severely damaged, losing much of its roof, and gutting most the interior of the building. The building still stands, though completely derelict and fire damaged. The cause of the fire is not yet known, and no further plans regarding the building have been put forward.
