The Meadow Arms was situated on Meadow Street. Also known as Mr Pickwicks, this pub closed in the mid-1990s. Now converted to residential accomodation.

My grandfather, William Wignall, was a brewer and this was the last pub he worked at in the 1950’s. It was then the last home brew pub in Preston.
