The Three Horseshoes was situated at 3 Huddersfield Road at the junction of Shaw Road and Huddersfield Road. Attached on the left hand side was a barbers shop. The last licensee was Mrs. Amy Barrott who took over the license in September 1967 after the death of her husband Herbert, who had held the license from June 1950. Mrs. Barrott retired from the pub in March 1968.  The pub was demolished for road widening in the summer of 1968.
