facade by Charringtons, this was under the auspices of Milton Pubs and
Taverns at the time of its reported closure in 2019. Planning permission
granted to convert to retail (a Co-op store) with 19 apartments above. |

In the 20 years my husband, son and I lived in Welling, visited this pub
a lot, lovely atmosphere. Its very very sad that this has happened,
shame it didnt become Wetherspoons, that would have been far better for
the residents. I am very upset that this happened to this lovely pub. |
