Quigleys was situated at 110 Week Street and
is now used as a restaurant. |

This was the late great London Tavern before becoming Quigleys. Best biker
boozer in Kent and where I learned as a 15 year old to love Newcastle Brown
Ale. Some really terrible bands (and a few good ones), a few fights, sawdust
on the floor, Hells Angels, biker chicks etc. It was rough, basic and a lot
of fun. They just don’t make them like that anymore. |
