This pub became a private home. I know this because I went to the funeral of the last landlord of the Duke, a man called Deano, back in March this year and at that funeral was introduced to a guy who was the current landlord of the Bull in Benenden. I asked him about the King Willy and he said it is now his family home! A strange world indeed!
