Street. The building dates from the 17th century and is grade-II listed.
It has also been known as Halton House. |

One building, C17, 2 storeys,
timber-framed and plastered, tile roof, plaster cove cornice; whole of upper
storey projects on street front on heavy shaped brackets; each of the 2
doorways is surmounted by a pair of these brackets finished with pediments
on the face of the storey above, right hand one now missing. 6-panel doors
in moulded architraves. 6 windows above, No 46 has old casements, No 47
sliding sashes; 5 windows below, 2 paired casements with tripartite one in
centre. Brick stack. |
