The Green Man was situated on the High Street. This pub closed in October 2014.
The 17th century Green Man closed in 2014, eventually had an application approved for the building of 18 flats in the rear garden along with change of use for the pub to a ground floor office with flat above. The flats are now completed but the old pub is still a building site. Hopes of it remaining a pub are long gone.
