The Boote Inn was situated at 37 Castle Street.
The building dates from 1605 and is grade-II listed.
The pub was present by 1871 when Mary Margrave was the licensee. The former
pub has been in residential use for many years. |

floor, timber frame and plaster 1st floor, Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, 3
1st floor casements with glazing bars. 4 ground floor canted bay windows
under continuous frieze and cornice; glazing bars to bay on left. |
