The Jester was situated at 150 Mount Pleasant. An ex-Greenalls, then Punch Taverns pub, in March 2018, the building caught fire, causing widespread damage as well as a roof collapse. Built in 1958, the pub was listed as one of Camra's London Real Heritage Pubs. It closed in 2013.
