Name Dates Comments
Richard Leggatt 1981/1983 Had my first ever pint of beer here
Dave Terry 1992/1994 My mum and dad owned this pub for a couple of years, we absolutely loved our time there, the living quarters weren’t that nice and mum and dad spent along time trying to get the brewery to improve the upstairs but they never did, so we moved on. But loved it.
Laurence Wettern 1977/1979 Came here as an underage drinker from nearby Winchester College. Our housemaster allegedly was called by the publican saying- "I don't mind your boys coming here as long as they can see over the bar"
