Public House. C15. Half H-plan
origin with C17 and later alterations and additions. C19 brick facing.
Timber framed. Painted brick facing. Hipped grey slate roof. Right, left and
central red brick chimney stacks. Two storeys. Four window range of three
light small paned vertically sliding sashes. Gauged brick arches. Right and
left six panelled doors in recessed arches with semi-circular brick arches
over. Said to contain moulded ceiling beams and wall plates. Crown post roof
at north end. Wings at rear. |
